📌 Project Support Analyst (12 month FTC)📍Cardiff💰 £30,000 – £35,000 per annumWhat You’ll Do:Support a major systems upgrade within the Buying and Merchandising function by providing hands-on assistance throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases. You’ll play a key role in analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that upgraded IT systems meet the needs of the business.You’ll be involved in writing and executing test plans, escalating issues, and helping to produce user documentation.
