They have just won some really exciting projects and need a project manager who have both quantitative and qualitative research experience and slightly more generic agencies. You must have a really solid understanding of project management fundamentals and want to work directly with clients across a verity of industries.About the OpportunityThey are seeking an experienced Project Manager. You will join a collaborative team of market research and business experts. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of complex research programmes- coordinating tasks across internal teams and external partners, and optimising operations to keep projects on track all while upholding a really modern culture within the team.This is a chance to join a high-performing central project management function, working alongside senior leaders in research, product, and fieldwork management- They are a small but funky team and like people with real character. You’ll provide both hands-on project management and strategic oversight, guiding projects from conception to completion. You will have a lot of autonomy but you must be able to jump straight inWhat You’ll DoDevelop and execute project plans, budgets, timetables, and collaboration workshops.Oversee project delivery, address obstacles, and ensure research milestones are achieved.Act as the central point of contact for clients, presenting progress updates and escalating risks as needed.Coordinate with a dedicated team including lead and junior researchers, other project managers, and specialists.Guide and “school” newer team members on effective project pathways and critical processes.Manage research fieldwork with panel providers and marketplace partners.Lead team meetings, monitor progress, and help deliver case studies that showcase project outcomes.What They’re Looking ForProven project management skills in a fast-paced market research or agency setting+ a research agency withing quant and qual.Project management fundamentals, used MS Project/ or Gantt chart type software…not excel to do project planning, have run RAGS, financial reconciliation etc. Using tooling for efficiency is massively importantGood experience in fieldworkIdeally they\'d have been involved in brand trackers and/or segmentation projects beforeComfortable managing multiple research projects with multidisciplinary stakeholders (including fieldwork**).Exceptional organisational skills and methodical attention to detail.Strong client communication: unafraid to interact with clients directly and manage relationships from start to finish- professional but highly personable.Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor team members- supporting both experienced and newer staff.Analytical, resourceful, and proactive in identifying and solving problems as they arise.Experience using tools like MS Excel; formal project management training (e.g. Prince II, Scrum, Lean, Kanban) is a must!Open to agency, research, or commercial backgrounds; your energy and initiative will set you apart- enthusiasm and personality goes a long way with this highly intelligent team.Preference for those available to start within the next 2 weeks.Offer & Next StepsTeam: You’ll collaborate closely with senior product and research managers, including a hands-on project management cohort and dedicated leadership.Location: UK-based, hybrid options available.Process: Initial meetings with agency leadership and research directors; swift turnarounds expected.If you’re ready to join a high-growth environment with the autonomy to make a real impact- while working alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry- we’d love to hear from you.
