The Power Transmission Project Operations section is responsible for execution of turnkey and offshore projects within the business group.
The Project Manager role is the operational head of a defined project, organized in the Projects section and acting as responsible for one or more projects. The first level of escalation from the project manager is the Project Director or an appointed management representative for supervision.
The matrix organization of the project management requires good communication and information at the interface between vertical and horizontal axis. The team is spread between several locations and may support execution activities ongoing in different plants and sites.
A project manager is expected to be capable of heading standard EPC and EPCI projects.
