We are working with a leading specialty insurance organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role focuses on leading business transformation projects across the company, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of major business change initiatives, from pre-inception through to closure. You will establish robust governance, working closely with business leads and stakeholders to deliver critical transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for significant business initiatives, including early business case development.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
  • Manage project resources and ensure effective collaboration across delivery teams.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
  • Maintain core project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and change control records.
  • Champion governance, working with the central PMO team to align with established frameworks.
  • Lead project meetings and steering groups.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Over 5 years of experience in change and delivery roles, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • A proven record of delivering complex business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong planning, governance, and delivery management expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, managing relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage resources and budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of the London Market (desirable).
  • A diligent, customer-focused and mission-driven approach.
