Responsibilities

  • Maintain technical knowledge of facility, equipment, and processes.
  • Apply project management tools and methodologies while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Train operators and maintenance teams on automation and best practices.
  • Support financial forecasting for projects and asset management.
  • Significant domestic and worldwide travel required.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Packaging Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: 3-7 years in project management and a background in mechanical, packaging, and distribution environments.
  • Industries: Candidates within medical devices, pharmaceutical, FMCG, food and automotive industries.
  • Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and technical expertise in automation, packaging, and distribution processes. High energy and passion for engineering are essential.
