Robert Half are currently working with a well established, London based real estate firm that is embarking on a high profile refresh programme across several of their key commercial and residential sites.As part of this initiative, they are looking to appoint a capable and hands on Project Co-ordinator / Project Manager to work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient project delivery.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience in the property, construction, or design sectors.The OfferContract: 12 months initially, with potential for extension or permanent hireLocation: London based 4/5 days on siteRate: Inside IR35 (DOE)The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination and management of multiple site refresh projects, acting as the key link between internal teams and a variety of external suppliers.You’ll take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and help ensure the works are completed to a high standard and in line with the organisation’s goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between internal departments and external vendorsDevelop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and budgetsCo-ordinate site access, logistics, and stakeholder inputsMonitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery across all sitesRun regular project meetings and report on progress to senior stakeholdersEnsure all work complies with relevant health & safety and regulatory standardsMaintain documentation, including contracts, change requests, and status reportsWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:At least 4 years’ experience in a project management or project co-ordination roleExperience working with external vendors in property, construction, or related industriesStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, Trello)Desirable:Background in commercial or residential real estateProject management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc.)Confidence managing budgets and reporting on financialsif this is of interest please apply or send CV to taryn.seidle@roberthalf.co.uk
