With a strong focus on detail, craftsmanship, and program management, we are looking to expand our team with a capable and experienced Programme Manager to support our ongoing success.Role DescriptionAs a Programme Manager, you will oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating labour and skilled trades, and maintaining tight control of programs, budgets and reporting. You’ll liaise closely with site managers and office staff to ensure smooth execution, quality standards, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct material takeoffs from tenders (preferably with Quantity Surveying knowledge or background) to help gather quotes and keep within project budgetsWork with the office to help prepare accurate material quantities for existing and upcoming projects and tendersVisit all active construction sites regularlyManage, coordinate and plan site labour across multiple sitesEnsure efficient allocation of skilled labour to avoid downtime between projectsCollaborate with site managers and the office to develop and update programs of workMaintain and update the program of works on a weekly basis for all sitesConduct routine inspections to ensure quality and complianceDocument site activities and generate professional progress reports weeklyIdentify and resolve on-site issues proactively, especially related to workforce and resourcesRequirementsProven experience in a similar Project Management/Coordinator role (with Quantity Surveying knowledge/background) within constructionAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction programs and labour managementStrong computing skillsAble to read and interpret construction drawingsKnowledge of Quantity Surveying and material takeoffs (desirable)Excellent communication and organisational skillsHands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and qualityProficient in site reporting and documentationMust be flexible and willing to travel to sites across London dailyFull UK driving licence (preferred)If this role appeals to you, we look forward to receiving your application.By applying for this role you agree to share your information with Evoke Design and Build via the BuildMyTalent platform.
