We’re seeking a high-impact Programme Director to lead a major Fleet Management transformation programme. While this role does not involve implementing SAP, strong experience working with SAP (especially Fleet Management or EAM modules) is essential to align with existing systems and ensure successful delivery.

The Role:

  • Lead delivery of a cross-functional fleet management programme from mobilisation to execution
  • Own governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight
  • Ensure alignment with SAP-based systems already in place
  • Coordinate operational, compliance, scheduling, and maintenance workstreams
  • Manage internal and external dependencies, driving delivery to plan

Requirements:

  • Proven track record delivering complex operational and systems change
  • Experience with SAP Fleet Management or EAM functionality
  • Understanding of fleet operations, maintenance, and lifecycle planning
