The firm is recognised in the Legal 500 for its excellence in civil, commercial, and insurance litigation, acting for a diverse client base that includes insurers, corporates, professional service providers, and not-for-profit organisations.The Professional Liability practice advises on:Professional indemnity claimsPublic liability mattersProperty damage disputesManagement liability (D&O)Policy coverage issuesCaseloads range from smaller, strategically important instructions to multi-million-pound disputes. Work often involves defending claims against professionals such as construction specialists, accountants, technology consultants, care providers, and social welfare organisations.You’ll enjoy a varied and stimulating workload, working closely with experienced partners while managing your own files.
