Our Client: Highly successful Global Retailer specialising in General Merchandise products.
This role is responsible for developing, influencing and delivering quality, sustainability and ethical standards & processes for a specific product category on a global scale. This is a Senior level role within the business structure and the person will operate as the technical ‘Expert’ for their category for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the product category across:
- Policies and Procedures
- Quality and Control
- Systems and Reporting
- Supplier Management
- Product Safety and Legislation
The Requirements:
- Min 5yrs experience within Product Quality, Compliance, and Safety Management
- Experience of EU certifications and legislation
- A relevant hardlines product background, with Retail or Manufacturer experience
- The desire to live and work in Amsterdam for 12 months, potential option for longer
