The Role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products resonate with the target market, are well-positioned against competitors, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will be working closely with product, sales, customer success and engineering teams to deeply understand our technology and translate its value into clear, differentiated narratives for enterprise audiences.

    • Lead the planning and execution of product and feature launches.
    • Partner with product and engineering to ensure market-fit and timing.
    • Develop GTM playbooks and sales enablement materials (e.g., battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts).
  • Customer and Market Insights
    • Conduct user and customer research to understand pain points and product-market fit.
    • Track competitors and industry trends.
    • Analyze product usage and funnel data to uncover opportunities.
  • Content and Campaign Support
    • Collaborate on marketing campaigns with compelling product-centric content (white papers, blog posts, webinars, explainer videos).
    • Translate technical features into user benefits for demand gen and lifecycle marketing.
  • Sales and Customer Enablement
    • Equip sales and CS teams with training, playbooks, and objection-handling content.
    • Create case studies, testimonials, and proof points from early customers.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/identity markets. Fintech/Regtech experience also beneficial.
  • Proven track record of marketing API-based products/solutions to enterprise buyers.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity landscape, preferably with exposure to identity (IAM), mobile security or authentication.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the buying journey in regulated industries like banking or telco.
