Lutine Bell are currently supporting a well established Wealth Manager based in Leeds looking to appoint a Product Governance Analyst working closely with both the Investment and Compliance team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate data and MI to support the Product Governance Framework and board reporting.
- Overseeing the process for new products and services.
- Periodically review and maintain Target Market Assessments and Fair Value Assessments.
- Managing and reviewing Risk of Harms assessments, with a focus on the proper treatment of Vulnerable Clients.
- Oversight of the firm’s Consumer Duty Dashboards and metrics.
- Monitoring and completion of due diligence processes to ensure we comply with responsibilities as a Manufacturer and Distributor.
- Prepare board papers, annual attestations, and regular reports on product governance matters, including conducting peer group comparisons and competition analysis.
Requirements:
- Relevant Governance experience gained in Financial Services.
- In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations, particularly Consumer Duty.
