From our in-house design language to our immersive retail experience, we’re on a mission to put Belfast on the horological map.The RoleWe’re looking for a talented Product & Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends creativity and technical skill, with a unique opportunity to shape the future of our timepieces while also driving the visual language of our brand across every customer touchpoint.You’ll work closely with the founder to develop innovative new watches — and collaborate with the marketing team to create stunning graphics, campaigns, packaging, and digital content that bring the Nomadic story to life.A key part of your role will also involve working within our Special Projects Department — designing bespoke, limited-edition watches for some of the most prestigious organisations in the world, including Google, Facebook, Ulster Rugby, the US Army, and emergency services departments. You’ll be responsible for bringing unique creative visions to life while upholding the brand’s standards of precision, craftsmanship, and storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct DesignCollaborate directly with the founder to develop new watch concepts that align with Nomadic’s design DNA.Produce sketches, renders, and technical drawings for prototypes and final products.Create detailed specifications for watch cases, dials, hands, and bracelets.Research materials, finishes, and trends to bring fresh ideas to product development.Work on exclusive Special Projects to deliver high-impact custom watches for world-leading organisations.Graphic & Marketing DesignDesign marketing materials including website assets, social media graphics, digital ads, packaging, in-store displays, and event visuals.Maintain and evolve Nomadic’s visual identity across all platforms.Produce high-impact visuals for new product launches and press campaigns.Assist with lookbooks, brochures, and pitch decks for both retail and wholesale partners.Collaborate with photographers and videographers on shoot planning and art direction.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or similar.2+ years of relevant design experience (in-house or agency).Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and graphic design work.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Skilled in 3D modelling and rendering tools (e.g. Rhino, KeyShot, Fusion 360).A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand storytelling.Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.Desirable:Experience designing watches or luxury consumer goods.Understanding of mechanical watch components and tolerances.Experience creating bespoke products for high-profile clients.Photography or motion design skills.A passion for horology and design culture.Why Join Nomadic?Be part of one of Ireland’s most exciting young luxury brands.Direct influence over product design and brand evolution.Work on once-in-a-lifetime design projects with global prestige.Creative, hands-on environment rooted in heritage and innovation.Opportunity to shape stories and products that travel the world — and last generations.How to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio, and a short note on why you\’d love to design for Nomadic to:📧 careers@nomadicwatches.com
