Role Overview: Own and drive end-to-end IT procurement on behalf of EBIT and its clients: services, software, hardware, data-center/colocation & telecoms. Deep-dive analysis: risk assessments, process audits & data-driven sourcing decisions, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders. Lead procurement transformation programs by implementing robust category-management practices “on the ground” and by simplifying, challenging and modernising legacy IT practices. Engage with business leaders and suppliers to research, analyse and monitor IT spend categories, processes and risks. Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of global IT projects, prioritising opportunities to maximise savings and value. Perform data-driven sourcing and strategic purchasing, negotiating and managing high-value, long-term contracts. Maintain rigorous governance: track progress, report savings, update project trackers, executive updates and meet strict deadlines. Cultivate strong trust-based C-level and cross-functional relationships, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder alignment. Anticipate IT risks and opportunities, crafting forward-looking action plans to hit cost, productivity and service targets. Collaborate across time zones, aligning cross-functional teams in the UK, US, EU & Asia.

- Total Package range: £90,000 - £140,000

What We’re Looking For: A highly experienced Procurement professional with a proven track record operating at senior levels, ideally on a global scale. The ideal candidate will bring deep IT category expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels including C-suite. They will demonstrate commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The role requires someone with solid legal experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a talent for building high-performing teams. A UK driving license is essential. Desirable qualities include prior experience in a procurement service provider or interim role, exposure to indirect categories beyond IT, and a genuine interest in the energy sector.
