We are looking for a Procore expert to lead the full company-wide implementation and training for the platform. You will customize workflows, deliver training sessions, and act as the primary liaison with Procore support, ensuring smooth adoption and integration with our EPC and BESS project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle Procore implementation, including workflow customization, data migration, integrations, and project setup.
- Develop tailored training programs (in-person and virtual) and create comprehensive SOPs, user guides, and best practices to support all user levels.
- Drive user adoption and continuous improvement by gathering feedback, monitoring usage, and implementing enhancements.
- Provide expert support to super-users and project teams, ensuring optimal system utilization and alignment with project needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading Procore implementations and delivering user training.
- Solid understanding of EPC and construction/infrastructure project delivery processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Procore certification(s) preferred; familiarity with BESS or similar energy projects is an added advantage.
