We're supporting BAE Systems to find an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Real Estate & Infrastructure (RE&I) team within Shared Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical infrastructure and facilities across a complex, highly regulated engineering environment.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating effectively, while contributing to the successful delivery of estate and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide electrical engineering support across facilities and infrastructure projects
- Support the design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to project delivery, design reviews, and engineering assurance activities
- Drive improvements in processes and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, ideally within infrastructure, facilities, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of electrical standards, compliance, and safety requirements
- Experience working in regulated or complex engineering environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) is advantageous
