Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical pre-sales discussions to understand customer needs and provide professional guidance in shaping solutions.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer technical inquiries during the pre-sales phase.
- Design and present customized technical solutions; prepare and deliver detailed product configuration documentation.
- Manage the technical aspect of projects across their full lifecycle — from initial consultation, solution design, and production planning to delivery support, including documentation, installation, and commissioning.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate market and competitor product information.
- Draft technical proposals and related materials for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the new energy, power, or energy storage sectors.
- Familiarity with new energy system architecture, including key components and system integration.
- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and logical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
