A rapidly growing boutique law firm, founded by two dynamic lawyers from top-tier London firms, is looking for a Practice Manager to join their team in a beautiful market town in West Sussex.This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a firm at an early stage. You’ll work closely with the founders to build and manage a brand-new office, play a key role in recruitment, oversee IT and systems setup, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.The role would suit:A true all-rounder who enjoys variety and takes initiativeSomeone with law firm experience (strongly preferred)A team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involvedExcellent organisational and people skillsFamiliarity with compliance, office setup, and legal adminConfident engaging with clients and external providersA proactive, positive attitude and the flexibility to grow with the firm.Key responsibilities:Office setup and ongoing managementRecruitment support and onboarding new team membersIT coordination and systems implementationOverseeing compliance and policiesActing as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and staff.This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your input will be valued and your impact visible from day one.
