We are currently looking for an experienced Post Completion Assistant to join our busy Residential Conveyancing department in our Cardiff Office. As part of this role, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of matters upon the completion of the conveyancing transaction. This is a great role for a candidate looking to gain valuable experience within legal services and play a crucial role within a fast-paced conveyancing department.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Submitting applications for change of property ownership.
  • Reviewing completed registrations.
  • Confirming registration with all relevant parties.
  • Liaising with conveyancing teams within the firm.
  • Reviewing ongoing caseload.
  • Reviewing title documents upon registration.
  • Dealing with Land Registry enquiries and communicating with a variety of third parties.
  • Preparing AP1’s and letters to client in respect of the registrations.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a conveyancing administration role.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with case / customer management systems.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a small team and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise workload.
