This is an ideal role for an experienced portfolio analyst to bring their expertise to the forefront in helping to deliver strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and refine business and non-functional requirements to align with stakeholder goals.
  • Map workflows, analyse processes, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Translate user needs into use cases/user stories for clear project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to integrate cloud technologies.
  • Support testing, implementation, and post-launch reviews to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop training programs and technical documentation for system enhancements.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and drive innovative solutions.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business process analysis; prior business analyst experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in documenting requirements, process mapping, and use case development.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall/Agile methodologies and cloud/client-server architectures.
  • Proficient in MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with international teams a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of legal services or IT industry trends is advantageous.
