This is an ideal role for an experienced portfolio analyst to bring their expertise to the forefront in helping to deliver strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, document, and refine business and non-functional requirements to align with stakeholder goals.
- Map workflows, analyse processes, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Translate user needs into use cases/user stories for clear project delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to integrate cloud technologies.
- Support testing, implementation, and post-launch reviews to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop training programs and technical documentation for system enhancements.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and drive innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in business process analysis; prior business analyst experience preferred.
