Role Overview

Responsible for managing and coordinating process piping projects from design review through installation and commissioning.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Pre-Fabrication Reviews of design isometrics
  • Production of piping fab packs
  • Pipe Support designs with specialist vendors
  • Compilation of piping technical submittals
  • Assist specialist vendors with stress analysis
  • Produce Isometrics for site run piping
  • Review red lines for design intent
  • Review pipe designs for code and regulation compliance
  • Review and procurement flanges, gaskets, bolts, U-bolts, shoes
  • Advise project teams on piping system types and materials
  • Advise project teams on pipe paint specs, surface treatments and corrosion protection

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in industrial process piping projects.
  • Strong knowledge of piping materials, welding, testing, and installation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.
