As our Performance SEM Strategist, you’ll spearhead search engine marketing programs to drive high-intent traffic, conversions, and long-term ROI. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—analytics, creative, product—to design holistic SEM strategies and continuously optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEM Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and execute SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, PLAs, and YouTube. Undertake deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Optimization & Analytics: Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate; implement A/B and multivariate tests. Optimize bids, adjust budgets, refine ad copy, and enhance landing pages.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly/monthly insights reports and performance briefings to leadership. Identify new growth channels, tactics, and automation opportunities.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work alongside UX, product, and dev teams to improve campaign-to-landing page cohesion. Mentor SEM Analysts; help build scalable processes and best practices.
  • Innovation & Learning: Stay current on SEM trends, tools, and platform updates; bring in fresh tactics and automation techniques.

Requirements

  • Must-have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of direct SEM experience with demonstrated optimization success. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Analytics, and bid-management tools (e.g., Search Ads 360, Marin, Skai). Strong analytics skills: Excel proficiency, familiarity with tracking and reporting software. Excellent communicator, with ability to present and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-have: Google Ads/Bing certification. Experience with PLAs, YouTube ads, and multichannel digital campaigns. Exposure to CRO, UX, and landing page optimization techniques.
