Mekanism Matrix is hiring for a Performance Marketing Manager. Weβre looking for someone experienced in digital ad campaigns who can work independently and support our remote-first team.
Main tasks:
- Run and fine-tune paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and Display channels
- Track key campaign results like CTR, CPL, CR, and adjust setups as needed
- Check and maintain clean tracking across platforms
- Coordinate with content, design, and CRM teams for consistent execution
- Watch trends and suggest changes based on competitor or market shifts
What weβre looking for:
- 4+ years running paid search, social, and/or display ads
- Skilled with tools like Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and Power BI
- Strong with numbers and comfortable turning them into insights
- Clear communicator, especially when working across teams
- Prior remote work experience is a plus, but not required
