About your roleAs our People Excellence Advisor within the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will be the first point of contact for all people-related matters across GB&I. You will deliver high-quality operational HR support, drive employee lifecycle coordination, and enable process excellence through superb customer service and system expertise. You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives aligned with the Strong Foundations pillar, helping shape a future-ready People function.What You\’ll DoHR Advisory & SupportBe the first point of contact regarding all employee queries and perform transactions in P&C systems.Act as the primary liaison between employees and other P&C service tiers.Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Employee Lifecycle CoordinationPrepare documentation for new hires, changes, and exits.Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee data updates.Maintain up-to-date records across systems and platforms. Systems Super-UserEnsure HRIS data integrity and support system updates.Contribute to future HR system implementations and knowledge transfer. Process Improvement & ProjectsLead or contribute to process improvement initiatives under the Strong Foundations pillar.Recommend enhancements to HR processes and systems.Support delivery of assigned projects and collaborate across teams and different markets in Europe and Global. Compliance & GovernanceSupport audits and ensure documentation is current and compliant. Service DeliveryMeet defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to process, policy, and systems inquiries. What You need to be successfulStrong technical acumen, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus).UK Legislation knowledgeKnowledge of fundamental P&C practices including employee data, talent, learning, performance, recruitment, and compensation.Knowledge of legislation around people processes like maternity leave, (shared) parental leave, etc.Strong organizational and time management skills.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (desirable).SuccessFactors experienceEnglish a must and French and/or Dutch language knowledge would be a plus.
