Meraki Talent are partnered with a large-scale, reputable financial services firm to appoint a Pensions Administrator to their team in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a collaborative working environment in a highly reputable financial services firm.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join a small but dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering work of the highest standard. Recent graduates looking for their first role within the financial services industry will be considered.

As a Pension Scheme Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering pension plans, ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations, and delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer pension schemes under your responsibility with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members, raising unresolved matters as needed.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and log transactions over scheme bank accounts.
  • Prepare and produce valuations, drawdown calculations, quotations, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organised client files and records.
  • Support departmental operations by assisting colleagues, handling general enquiries, and providing cover when required.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls professionally, directing them appropriately.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • A proactive team player with good communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work within set service level agreements.
