I am currently looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the installation and commissioning of a major grid stability infrastructure project in South Wales. You will be responsible for overseeing commissioning activities associated with control, instrumentation, and electrical systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements. The role will play a key part in delivering a smooth handover into operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Commissioning Manager or Senior Commissioning Engineer role
  • Strong background in energy projects such as power generation, substations, grid infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects
  • An electrical background is preferred
  • This is initially a 3-month contract with potential for extension, offering competitive day rates on an Outside IR35 basis.
