Patent AttorneyMultiple office locations available.We are working with a tier 1 IP firm to find a qualified patent attorney (EPA/CPA) with experience in telecoms and a strong interest or background in patent litigation.About the Role:Join a highly regarded team, embedded directly into litigation projects. You’ll provide technical expertise on cases involving Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and telecoms standards (e.g. 3GPP).What You\’ll Do:Work on major patent litigation matters (UK/EU)Provide technical litigation support (claim charting, evidence prep)Advise litigators and clients on IP strategyDraft, prosecute, and evaluate SEP portfoliosIdeal Candidate:Qualified UK and European Patent Attorney (CPA/EPA)Experience with telecoms/communications patents (3GPP/SEP)Background in litigation (private practice or in-house)Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills
