ParaplannerLocation – Whitstable (CT5)Salary – £30,000 to £40,000 (DoE)Hours – Full-TimeWe are a Senior SJP Partner Practice in Whitstable looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join our growing team.Our Practice is highly successful and prides itself on offering a first-class service to all our clients, providing them with a range of investment and retirement products and solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.You will be providing technical expertise to support and assist in this process, through undertaking detailed research and analysis of a wide variety of financial planning solutions.You will be responsible for producing compliant financial planning reports for two Financial Planners to present to our clients.As our Paraplanner, you will be the go-to individual for advice on technical queries and your duties will focus on covering the full client journey, including conducting research to source suitable solutions; completing detailed and informative reports and liaising with the Administration team to ensure business is accurately processed and systems are correctly updated.You will always strive to produce well thought out and meaningful presentations and reports that demonstrate your attention to detail and understanding of the Clients\’ needs.Paraplanner RequirementsYou should be an experienced Paraplanner with great report writing skillsLevel 4 Diploma is desirable but not required if you have good paraplanning experienceYou will have experience of Life, Pension, Investment and IHT products with strong technical knowledgeTeam fit is important to us, and we have a positive approach to work/life balance, so we are looking for like-minded individuals in our small teamYou will need to be self-motivated and comfortable to manage your workload effectively.St. Jamess Place plc (SJP) is a leading, a highly regarded FTSE 100 Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.SJP has funds under management in excess of £188.6bn.
