With strong growth over the past few years and a reputation for excellence across legal disciplines, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal to develop their career within a top-tier private client practice.This role will see you manage your own caseload and support a busy team on a broad range of matters, including:Executry and trust administration (including high-value and taxable estates)Asset protection and capital gains tax mitigationGuardianship administrationDrafting wills and powers of attorneyRegular client contact (individuals, executors, trustees and institutions)Working closely with solicitors, partners, tax and trust specialistsWhat we are looking for:Previous experience working in a private client or family law team Confident managing a busy caseload and working to tight deadlinesExcellent client care skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalismStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and written communicationA proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in personal legal mattersExperience with case management systems is beneficial, though full training will be providedThis firm offers a collaborative, people-first culture where continuous learning is encouraged, and expertise is valued.
