We’re looking for a Paid Ads Designer who lives and breathes scroll-stopping creative. You’ll be our go-to for crafting performance-driven ads that look amazing and actually convert. Working at the intersection of design and performance, you’ll create ads that turn heads on TikTok, stop thumbs on Meta, and drive serious results across our paid channels.
You’ll be:
- A creative with an eye for performance-led design (you get the difference between branding and conversion)
- Experienced designing for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube – the works)
- Obsessed with visuals that make an impact – bold type, juicy colours, great pacing, standout hooks
- Confident in using performance data to iterate and improve
- Comfortable working fast, testing lots, and learning even faster
- Collaborative by nature – you’ll work closely with media buyers, strategists, editors, and the wider creative team
- Culturally in tune – you know what’s trending, what’s tired, and what grabs attention right now
You’ll own:
- The visual design of our paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Bringing ad concepts and scripts to life through bold, performance-first creative
- Turning hooks, UGC, and raw assets into slick, conversion-led designs
- Iterating top-performing creatives with testing variants and fresh visuals
- Creating scalable templates and design systems for our ad library
- Staying up to date with paid platform specs, trends, and creative best practice
- Working closely with the Performance Creative Manager to shape storyboards and bring concepts to life through both static and motion formats
