Great opportunity for a year contract Packaging PM to join this friendly, collaborative team. Your role as Project Manager is to work predominantly on our packaging and CG asset creation accounts. Reporting into one of our Account Directors, you will have first-hand experience of liaising with both clients and internal teams. While you aren’t necessarily design-trained or a CG specialist, you have experience in design and communications work. You’re comfortable collaborating with creative producers who schedule, brief and oversee work with our team of CG Artists, as well as liaising with our production manager, creative artworkers and QC department to ensure we create and deliver the highest quality work. Ideally, you have hands-on experience working in a branding and packaging agency but definitely need to be experienced working with packaging and 3D projects. You have strong and proven client liaison skills. You’ll be comfortable having conversations with our packaging and assets clients to understand their specific project needs. You’re familiar with planning, budgeting and reporting. Your technical skills include a high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel. You have familiarity with project management and workload scheduling systems. You’re a good communicator – someone who can work with clients and our team to assess and prioritise projects while managing both our clients’ expectations and our team’s work. You’re able to navigate changing priorities over multiple projects and help manage timely delivery within realistic project timescales. Most importantly, you are cheerful, enthusiastic and can contribute to the positive, can-do atmosphere in the team.Great working environment and team, lovely offices in W london but with only 1 core day a week necessary to be onsite you can operate this role 4 days a week remotely ( some extra days needed on site in first month to onboard).
