We are seeking an experienced OT Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure environments within a high-availability utility operation. This role is focused on 2nd Line OT support, system patching, device configuration, maintenance, and operational continuity across industrial IT / OT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd Line support across OT systems and infrastructure
- Deliver regular security patching and firmware updates
- Configure OT assets including servers, HMIs, industrial PCs, and networking devices
- Implement approved configuration changes under strict governance
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Participate in out-of-hours support / on-call rota if required
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in 2nd Line Infrastructure / OT / Industrial IT Support
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop, and Active Directory
- Experience with system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint maintenance
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, firewalls)
- Experience working in high-availability / 24x7 environments
- Familiarity with change control and regulated environments
