Programme Manager β Oracle ERP & Cost TransformationLocation: Reading (2β3 days onsite)Industry: Utilities / DistributionEngagement: Inside IR35We are hiring a Programme Manager to lead a complex business and technology transformation focused on Oracle ERP, financial systems, and regulatory reporting.This role will take ownership of a multi-stream programme involving integrated cost structures, process redesign, and automation of reporting across Oracle ERP, Primavera Unifier, and cloud data platforms.Programme highlights include:Implementing an Integrated Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) to improve transparency and reporting.Launching a central Cost Book with historical and target costs to support forecasting accuracy.Driving automation of Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRP) via Azure and Power BI.Key responsibilities:Lead delivery across Oracle ERP, cost management, and regulatory reporting.Drive business process change aligned with financial and statutory requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, tech, and delivery partners.Ensure robust governance, risk control, and delivery against business case benefits.Lead change impact assessments, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement.Ideal experience:Extensive experience managing Oracle ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud) transformations.Strong knowledge of cost management frameworks (CBS, forecasting, reporting).Experience in highly regulated industries and large-scale programme environments.Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.If youβve delivered multi-phase Oracle programmes and can lead business change in complex environments, this role offers long-term challenge and visibility.To discuss further or apply, contact:Harry β harry@paritasrecruitment.comMobile: +44 7702 946 250
