Each training project is uniquely designed and delivered in a way that best suits your needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time fixed-term remote contract role for an Oracle HCM Trainer / Training Consultant. The role involves designing and delivering training sessions for Oracle HCM systems, providing customer support, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, delivering online and in-person training sessions, and offering ongoing support to clients to ensure successful system adoption.QualificationsPreferably configuration and system administration experience of Oracle HCM – Hire to Retire process.Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Training delivery both online and in-personProficiency in developing and delivering training materialsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsBachelor\’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceExperience with Oracle HCM systems from a usability perspective is vital.
