Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations (Financials, Procurement)
  • Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, and functional configuration.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs.
  • Drive data migration strategy, test planning, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop and deliver OTBI dashboards and reports for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Support training, change management, and documentation efforts for smooth adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, Procurement).
  • Full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations with demonstrable ROI/KPI delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of at least four modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PPM, Procurement & Sourcing.
  • Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, functional specs, and UAT.
  • Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and APEX Web Services.
  • Proficiency in OTBI, SmartView, and other Oracle reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with legacy Oracle EBS (R11/R12) and transition planning to Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
