Role: Operations Support AnalystLocation: London (3 days a week) Salary: Up to £55,000 + 10% bonusWe’re looking for a proactive Operations Support Analyst to join our growing enterprise IT team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of core business applications across HR, Finance, ERP, and integration platforms. You’ll work closely with key users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure high service availability and drive continuous improvement across operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily service operations and manage incident escalationsCreate and maintain operational reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI)Support release cycles and coordinate communication with key usersIdentify and deliver small-scale improvement initiativesDocument processes and training materialsConduct root cause analysis and support problem resolutionManage vendor relationships and hold service reviewsWhat You’ll Bring:2–3 years of experience in operations support for enterprise IT systemsStrong analytical, reporting, and communication skillsAbility to manage multi-environment application landscapesExperience with service and vendor managementFamiliarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma principles (preferred)This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in operational performance.
