The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Salary: £30,000

Benefits: Private healthcare after probationary period, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working options after probation (2 days a week), options for flexible hours, discounts to household brand products, onsite restaurant, onsite gym.

This role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm but our client is open to part time hours.

This isn’t just any administration role; in this position you will have variety, challenges, support and opportunities to be a part of developing this company's plans to make an impact in their market.

Your day will be working with a variety of employees from the executive board to graduates in the company. Below is an overview of what your day will look like:

  • HR: You will be working closely with the HR Director in regards to day-to-day HR administration from HR system implementation to being point of contact for employees in regards to HR queries, recruitment support of hiring managers and onboarding for new employees, partner with the HR director in regards to HR projects, HR policies and procedures. Management of HR documentation and data using the in-house HR system.
  • Operations: You will be working closely with the senior exec board, being point of contact for board meeting arrangements and calendar, working closely with the wider teams including finance sharing responsibility of enquiries and inboxes, being point of contact for responding to calls, emails, visitors, customers. Managing incoming and outgoing post, greeting of visitors ensuring compliance and required documentation. Assisting with the facilities, including ordering of office equipment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience of HR duties; this will not need to be extensive, and experience within administration ideally in a similar role with variety. You will have experience of working in a growing business, who are ambitious and you have a can-do attitude, enjoy using your initiative and working with an assortment of people.

Due to the location of this business, you will need to have a car to be able to travel to the offices.
