We’re hiring a strategic Operations Director for a fast-growing, mission-driven consumer brand that’s scaling rapidly across the UK and international markets. Backed by top investors and performing strongly across retail and DTC, this business is gaining serious traction and now needs a senior operations leader to help take it to the next level.

The Role
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end operations - spanning supply chain, planning, production, logistics, and procurement. You’ll shape the operational strategy and infrastructure to support continued UK and global growth, while embedding the systems, partnerships, and processes that ensure resilience, scalability, and value. You’ll also lead and develop a smart and ambitious team, helping them step up as the business grows in size and complexity. From overseeing S&OP and supplier performance to championing continuous improvement and futureproofing international logistics, this is a role for someone who thrives on building and scaling - and knows how to balance structure with pace.
What We’re Looking For
- A blend of entrepreneurial agility with blue-chip FMCG rigour and best practice
- Proven end-to-end operations leadership in the #1 role, with experience scaling supply chains internationally and leading S&OP in high-growth FMCG environments
- Deep expertise in outsourced manufacturing, co-man partnerships and 3PL logistics
- Strong commercial acumen and supplier management capability
- Strategic and hands-on, comfortable shifting between high-level planning and operational execution
- Calm, focused leadership style suited to fast-paced, evolving environments
Location: London hybrid
Salary: c.£120k base + package
