We provide services to the events industry across mass, major and outdoor events. Our services include end-to-end delivery and everything in-between, from research to resource.

We’re looking for a Production & Operations Coordinator (could be a more senior role for the right person) to join our team, working across a variety of projects from charity events like walks and runs, to installing branding & wayfinding at major events or assisting in managing large outdoor event sites.

The role:

  • Supporting the team in the production and operations of events
  • Managing the delivery of multiple projects at once, often to tight deadlines
  • On-site roles at live events, including build, live, and derig phases
  • Liaising with suppliers – obtaining quotes, negotiating costs, booking services, and issuing clear briefs
  • Creating and delivering on-site plans, build schedules, and derig schedules
  • Updating and creating other relevant documentation including RAMS, site schedules, and load lists
  • Briefing, motivating, and managing temporary event crew and site staff
  • Booking and managing vehicle logistics and transport schedules
  • Purchasing, stock control, and ordering materials or consumables as needed
  • Equipment management, maintenance and ensuring kit is event-ready
  • Working as key part of the warehouse team, on inventory, loading projects in and out and the management of equipment onsite
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring waste management procedures are followed
  • Working on events in the UK and internationally

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in live event delivery, operations, or production
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and tasks across concurrent projects
  • Practical, hands-on, and happy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in
  • Calm under pressure, with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Passionate about working in a collaborative team environment
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and long shifts during live events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Some experience using mapping or planning tools such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, OnePlan, or Iventis is advantageous
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving vans, including in city centres
  • Experience in the use of forklift and telehandler an advantage, although training can be given

The basics:

  • Reporting to: Production Lead
  • Start date: September/October 2025
  • Hours: 9am–5.30pm, with flexibility when working from the UK
  • Location: Hybrid — based around 3 days a week at our central London office (Old Street), plus time at our Hertfordshire (Ware) warehouse as needed

The Package:

  • Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • A day off for every weekend day worked on an event
