We are working with our client, an established asset management firm with a strong 15+ year track record and a team of 200+ globally, to hire for their operations team. This role would be joining an experienced team of around 10 others across operations and finance, and have the opportunity to be involved in the full trade lifecycle from post-execution through to settlement. There would also be opportunity to get involved with various automation/streamlining projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operations experience, ideally from another buy side firm, however they are also willing to consider those coming from the sell side. Ideally, they would like someone with exposure to convertible bonds and various derivatives.
The base salary would be around £50-60k (depending on experience), with bonuses in addition. They also offer flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week.
