Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to add to our growing team!As an Operations Analyst you will join our core team to support our banking operations, with a wide exposure to other functional teams. Role ResponsibilitiesExecuting manual and partially automated transaction activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality.Assist in managing day-to-day financial operationsProvide administrative support for the customer service team and handle ad hoc tasks as required.Dealing with customer queriesOther administrative and operational tasks and one-off projects supporting the Operations teamTransaction monitoring in line with our internal AML checkOwning operational processes; constantly looking to innovate and improveAct as a point of contact for questions relating to operational processesMaintaining information across multiple systemsReview new member application in line with credit union requirement Monitoring relevant email inboxesMaintain customer reports records.Qualifications Required:Educated to degree level (or a school leaver with strong A Levels)Interest in financial servicesGood written and verbal communication skills Good basic numerate skills (arithmetic) Microsoft suite proficient including Excel and Word.
