Contract Assignment: Operational Support Specialist – Premier Partner Experience (UK Remote)Reference: BH 7215Hourly Rate: £34 – (40 hrs/week)Contract Type: Inside IR35Duration: 12 months (no extension currently planned)Start Date: ASAPLocation: Remote – UKMust be able to contract via PAYE.This role does not provide sponsorship – candidates must have the existing right to work in the UK and be UK-based.Responsibilities:Deliver high-touch, effective operational and technical support for Meta’s premier content partners.Troubleshoot complex product issues and escalate as needed to ensure seamless partner experiences.Track, triage, and resolve incoming support tickets across broadcasting and program domains.Communicate partner insights to cross-functional teams to improve tools and workflows.Maintain internal knowledge base documentation and assist with onboarding and training of new team members.Contribute to operational process improvements and product feedback loops.Requirements:2+ years\’ experience in operations, technical support, partner management, or customer success.Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with complex issue resolution.Excellent written communication and adaptability across diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with Excel and basic data tools.Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with frequent process changes.Preferred Background:Experience in live broadcast operations, digital media, or livestream platforms.Familiarity with transmission chains, moderation tools, or post-production workflows.Exposure to tech environments like Google, Amazon, or fast-moving startups.Fluency in French or Italian is a plus.
