With an expanding team and national client base, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Office / Practice Manager to support the next phase of their growth.The Role:This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and hands-on environment. Blending legal secretarial duties, operational coordination, finance support, and office management, you’ll be central to the day-to-day running of the business.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing day-to-day office operations including facilities, suppliers, IT coordination, and general administrationProviding secretarial and administrative support to fee earners and directors, including document production and diary managementAssisting with finance processes such as invoicing, expenses, and liaising with external accountantsSupporting internal compliance processes and maintaining accurate recordsCoordinating onboarding for new starters and handling HR-related adminActing as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholdersHelping implement and improve systems and procedures as the firm continues to scaleAssisting with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives across the firmWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a legal environment; this could include roles such as office manager, legal secretary, legal PA, operations coordinator or practice managerComfortable working across office admin, legal support, and finance-related tasksStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailA proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work autonomouslyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional, approachable, and confident managing multiple prioritiesAble to work 4 days per week in the Nottingham office with 1 day working from homeThe Perks:Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experienceHybrid working – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysSupportive and forward-thinking leadership teamCollaborative and inclusive office cultureReal opportunity to shape operational processes and take on responsibility in a growing firm
