Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a NPORS Instructor/Trainer and NVQ Assessor at Vally Plant Training located in Gloucester. The role involves conducting training sessions for NPORS at our training centre in Tewkesbury and across the UK, assessing NVQ qualifications, and providing guidance and support to trainees.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an NPORS Instructor/Trainer
- Experience as an NVQ Assessor
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Knowledge of plant machinery and construction industry
- Valid NPORS Instructor/Trainer certification
- Valid NVQ Assessor qualification
- Health and Safety certifications
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of trainees

Working Time: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. Time and Half for Saturdays. Travel time paid (after 1st hour each way).
We may look at training the right candidate to do this role however, a construction background is required with NPORS Operator card for plant operations.
