They have around 3,000 employees across 15 countries, with 850 based at their UK headquarters. They handle the full product lifecycle—from R&D to manufacturing—under one roof.The RoleWe’re hiring an engineer to help move new products from design into full-scale production. This role connects R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers. You won’t design the products, but you’ll make sure they can be built easily, meet all requirements, and are cost-efficient.You’ll lead or support new product introduction (NPI) projects and help make early design decisions that reduce cost, improve quality, and speed up production.
