Salary: £48,000 to £52,000

Full Time: 40 hrs a week + on-call

Opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new 2-bed children's home (ages 6–17) with a well-established provider (6 homes already running).

You will take ownership of the set-up, Ofsted registration, and day-to-day leadership, driving safeguarding, compliance, and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 (or working towards) RM or strong Deputy ready to step up
  • 3+ years children's residential experience
  • Strong Ofsted, safeguarding & compliance knowledge
  • Confident leading a new service from the ground up
