We are currently recruiting a Band 5 Paediatric Audiologist to join the Children's Hearing Clinic within the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist paediatric audiology service, supporting children and families through assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing hearing management.
About the Role
- Deliver behavioural and electrophysiological hearing assessments for children (0–18 years)
- Undertake paediatric hearing aid fittings and ongoing management
- Provide aural habilitation and family support, including counselling
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team including paediatrics, ENT, SALT, and education services
- Support service development and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Manage your own caseload while contributing to a high-quality, family-centred service
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Audiology or equivalent
- Experience in paediatric hearing assessment and management
- Strong communication skills, particularly when supporting families
- Ability to work both independently and within an MDT
