Role Overview

Lead the delivery of practical, end to end, user-focused digital and process improvements across Transport Infrastructure. This role blends transformation, operational insight, and technology to enhance productivity, simplify ways of working, and drive measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand frontline operations, identifying pain points and opportunities for digital, AI, or process improvement.
  • Design and deliver transformation initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to implementation and performance tracking.
  • Ensure solutions meet real user needs, improving workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Standardise and streamline processes and systems, reducing complexity and waste.
  • Challenge existing practices and drive behavioural change across teams.
  • Support the move toward a more integrated and unified digital ecosystem.
  • Lead pilots and rollouts, ensuring successful adoption and long-term embedding.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
  • Solid project/programme management and PMO capability.
