This is a full-time remote role for a Fertility Healthcare Assistant/Administrator. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients with administrative support
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Managing patient records
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Providing high-quality patient care
  • Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Answering queries and ensuring a supportive experience for all patients
  • Supporting the clinical team by managing results, chasing reports, and ensuring everything is accurately documented
  • Liaising with external partners including laboratories, scan providers, pharmacies, and courier services
  • Preparing and sending patient communications using clinical templates
  • Managing consent forms, patient records, and invoicing
  • Keeping internal systems up to date
  • Contributing to a smooth, well-run clinic
  • Coordinating day-to-day patient scheduling
  • Acting as a key point of contact for patients

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in Patient Care, Medicine, and related healthcare practices
  • Understanding and application of Health & Safety standards and Manual Handling techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, especially in fertility or reproductive health, is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or training in healthcare, patient care, or administration are beneficial
