As a New Media Editor you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling, narrative-driven documentaries and short videos aimed at engaging global audiences. Your creative expertise will significantly influence our brand\’s international storytelling and audience reach.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, edit, and produce documentary-style videos, including short-form content, emphasizing powerful storytelling.• Collaborate closely in creative planning sessions, contributing innovative and engaging content ideas.• Provide comprehensive editing support, sound design, and subtitle management to ensure high-quality final productions.• Regularly monitor industry trends and optimize digital content strategies to maximize user engagement and viewership on international social platforms.• Coordinate with production teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are consistently met.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least two years of relevant professional experience.• Demonstrated experience in documentary editing with a portfolio showcasing non-commercial storytelling skills.• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.• Exceptional understanding of visual storytelling, narrative structure, and pacing.• Basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 or above preferred).• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
